1.Once an Order Confirmation is issued, orders may only be amended or cancelled if:-
1a. the Customer formally notifies the Supplier in writing by email to usaftersales@escapefitness.com or Customer Services Department, Escape Fitness LLC., 4434 West Muhlhauser Road, Suite 300, West Chester, OH; and
1b. the notification is received within 14 days of the date of the Order Confirmation; and
1c. no products have been dispatched.
A fee of 10% of the Order value (net of tax) will be charged to cover administration costs in such cases. The Supplier reserves the right to reduce the above fee, in its sole discretion, when the amendment sought by the Customer is “de minimis” or there are other exceptional circumstances justifying the same.
2. Where products have already been shipped, and you wish to return some or all of the products; then in respect of products which require no assembly, they may be returned within 14 days after delivery (as recorded by the Carrier) provided you follow the procedure notified by the Customer Service Department who may be contacted on 614 706 4462 or in writing usaftersales@escapefitness.com or Customer Services Department, Escape Fitness LLC., 4434 West Muhlhauser Road, Suite 300, West Chester, OH . The products must be returned to us and you must pay the cost of shipping. Returned products must reach us in a new and unused condition with all original labels and packaging intact. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the returned products value (net of tax) will be deducted from the sum to be refunded.
3. Be-spoke or customized products may not be returned.
4. Products may only be returned with a “returns reference number” which you can get from our Customer Service Team. No exceptions! Please call 614 706 4462.
1. All deliveries must be checked as soon as received and BEFORE the Delivery Note is signed. When signing for a delivery, you are accepting that the correct number of parcels have been delivered and the products have not been damaged in transit. If there is damage or a discrepancy, you should either refuse the delivery or record the damage or discrepancy on the Delivery Note (or similar device operated by the carrier) and report the claim by telephoning our Customer Services Team within 24 hours of the delivery time. NOTE: the time of delivery is the time recorded on the Delivery Note (or similar device operated by the carrier). It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING as mistakes cannot be rectified once the products have been signed for. Reports of damage or discrepancy will not be entertained after the expiration of 24 hours from the time of delivery as recorded on the Delivery Note or similar device operated by the carrier.
2. Any latent damage to the products MUST be notified to us by telephoning our Customer Services Team immediately upon discovery when you will need to supply us with full details of the products ordered and the damage identified. In our sole discretion, we will either replace or repair the products.

For key accounts and chain gyms, typically we add liftgate and inside delivery charges for each shipment.
Important Notes
* Any shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico will be quoted on a case by case basis. Air freight or expedited shipping will also be quoted on a case by case basis.
**Octagon pallets are too large to offload using a liftgate. If at all possible, dock to dock shipping should be utilized for these orders.
***Oversized Pallet fee is waived for orders over $10k.

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty applies from the date of dispatch.
Coverage is valid only for the original customer or end user.
Warranty procedures must be read alongside the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Warranty start date is the earliest of:
Date of dispatch (supply only)
Date of installation completion
Invoice date
Relevant dates can be found on order acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices, or installation documentation.
Warranties are non-transferable.
Warranty periods vary by product and are listed in the Warranty Schedule.
All faults must be reported to usaftersales@escapefitness.com.
Claims must include:
Original order number
Detailed description of how the fault occurred
Photographic evidence
Inspection and servicing logs (if applicable)
Products must have been used, stored, and maintained per official user guides.
Product Information Guides are available online if not included with packaging.
Each claim is assigned a unique reference (“X” number) for future correspondence.
If a report is inconclusive:
Customer must return the product at their own cost
Product will be inspected at Escape Fitness’ USA warehouse
Outcome (at Escape’s discretion): repair, replacement, credit, or refusal
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Failure to follow Product Information and User Guides
Improper storage, care, or maintenance
Cosmetic damage to rubber, urethane, or vinyl surfaces
Odors from rubber products
Rust, oxidation, or worn plating/paint finishes
Dropping bars improperly or onto racks, benches, or accessories
Using damaged bumpers or incompatible accessories
Dropping plates or bars above waist height
Using metal plates on concrete surfaces
Mismatched sleeve/hole diameters or missing collars
Exposure of soft goods to excessive moisture
Scratches from unsuitable surfaces
Color fading from prolonged light exposure
Custom-built products made to customer specifications
Alterations or repairs without written approval from Escape Fitness
Escape Fitness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including:
Loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, or goodwill
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product involved.
Liability limitations do not apply to personal injury or death caused by Escape Fitness’ negligence.
