The Rubber Coated Hex Dumbbells feature ergonomic solid steel handles and hexagonal heads with embossed weight indications.
Includes 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100 lb rubber coated hex dumbbells. DOES NOT INCLUDE RACK.
Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained prior to returning any product.
Return requests must be submitted via email to sales@vortexstrength.com.
The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from any refund issued.
All shipping fees, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable.
Customers must provide valid tracking information for all returns.
The customer assumes the risk of loss during return transit. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for items valued over $75.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after thirty (30) days.
Items that are used, altered, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Freight shipments must be fully inspected prior to acceptance.
Any visible damage or shortages must be noted with the freight carrier at the time of delivery.
The carrier must document damage with written notes and photographic evidence.
All equipment leaves our warehouse in new, unused condition, unless otherwise specified.
Acceptance of delivery without documented damage or shortages constitutes final acceptance, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
